I made this for some guests the other night, and they scoffed it all!!
The bread is so super easy to make and does taste, look and feel like Roti Canai, an Indian bread used for dipping into curries. I LOVE it!!

Your photos are so great! The colours are so vibrant, they just jump right out of the screen. This salad does look like a full, complete meal. And making your flatbread is certainly a bonus, everything looks delicious!

I’m loving your blog. The recipes are so useful- they’re not all uber time consuming and their easy-going nature makes it easy to envision mixing and matching ingredients. Very inspiring.

I actually have Padma’s cookbook (was a gift) but haven’t gotten around to making anything from it yet. Honestly, your picture looks more beautiful than anything in its pages. But perhaps I just need to take another look and give it a go myself!
