Just to let folks know, there are more than a few rumors and some stated as less than rumors, that Bubalis bubalis mozzarella is not all water buffalo milk- they are mixing in jersey milk.

I’ll have to look out for some of the smaller, local products on my next Costco run. I love Costco – and I am sure that the producers don’t get any less money selling to them than they do to supermarkets.

just more confirmation of my conviction that Costco is a wonderful place! and they are a very ethical company, treat their employees well, so I feel great about shopping there.

Where I live we have two grocery stores. One is Wal-Mart and the other is a very expensive IGA. Anybody who lives with this day in and day out would love to have a Costco close by – including me! Beautiful plate of tomatoes and mozz!
