Alexandra darling--My Frankie, the farmer in North Haven, told me the interesting fact that small eggs come from younger chickens and that bigger eggs come from older chickens (not from smaller or bigger birds). I thought that was interesting. Does your farmer sell any pale green, blue and olive-marine green eggs? Just curious. --fatmama

You have me really intrigued now. I want to go to San Clemente's Farmer's Market just to get these eggs!!

I do like my eggs but I've been on an egg-white omelet kick lately.

Do you shop at Whole Foods? I think they have more options when it comes to organic and grass fed, etc.
