I try out something new every week and bring it to our student senate meetings, but this rum bundt cake was the best they've gotten this year by far. I quadrupled the recipe and still came home with a very polished plate. It was especially fitting as we were discussing if there is too much alcohol at the law school... I didn't mention the three cups of rum in the cake till afterwards =) Thank you!! I made a lot of friends with this recipe last night!
